After reading all the reviews posted on this site, I have come to one main conclusion. I will develop my impressions based on my own first hand experience, not on the experiences listed in these reviews. The people who have written negative reviews about the community lack any form of intellegence. If they had any intellegence they would write their review, (good or bad) with better grammar. Instead, they use words like,"dog, ------, and arse". Yes, we do think you are that stupid! We don?t care if the review is bad, as long as it is written above 5th grade level. The goal at The Reserve at Charles Place is to provide everyone with a happy living environment. As far as I am concerned, when the people mentioned above moved out, our living experience got a lot better. If it is your goal to turn people away from The Reserve at Charles Place, may I please recommend some REMEDIAL ENGLISH AND WRITING CLASSES!
