I lived at the Reserve for over a year. The parties, vandalism, and scary kids that run around all day and all night is unbelievable. When you move out.. they then rip you off stating pet stains on carpet that was untreatable. I HAVE A CAT... who does nothing but sleep. They charged me over a 1000.00 for that. They also UP your rent to renew another year lease by over 300 to 400 a month more. Unfortunetely this complex has ended up pretty ghetto.

I have lived at Reserve of Charles Place since 09/04. When my lease was renewed, it only went up $40 not $300 - $400 as you claim. Yes we've too received notices of vandalism on the property, but YOU find me an apt complex that's NEVER had that issue...let's be realistic here. Any repairs I've EVER needed have been done in less than 24 hours. Yes there are kids that run around more than they should, but when I've made a complaint to the office, the kids dissapeared for several weeks...Sounds like you're bitter about the deposit they made you pay and that's why you're fighting back. Sorry about your experience but they've NEVER given me a reason to give them a bad review. HOpe you found something that now makes you happy!
