If you plan top use internet go somewhere else...SBC will kill u with extra hidden charges. Also I am scared of charges they will put when I will move out. It has been 3 months now and already we are planning to move out. If you have ample money to waste then go ahead and move in.
I think it will be a foolish act if reading all these reviews you still move in.

I've been living here for over a year and have never had any problems with SBC Internet not to mention that the complex has nothing to do with that SBC will charge you. I'm sorry you've been unhappy but they've been very good to us.

I am moving to this complaex next week. I rent it over the internet and I haven't seen it. I read some of the reviews. As far as internet concerns, here is a simple way. T-Mobile offers Internet plans only. You don't have to be their cell phone customer. Its $50 month unlimited broadband internet, you can also use your laptop in all their hot spot locations such as Sturbucks, and etc. All you need is their internet card that connects to your desktop or laptop and it costs $150. So its $150 to buy the card and $50 after that and its month-month. Until Clearwire makes it down here, this is the best option, and you don't need a local phone line.
