I am moving to this complaex next week. I rent it over the internet and I haven't seen it. I read some of the reviews. As far as internet concerns, here is a simple way. T-Mobile offers Internet plans only. You don't have to be their cell phone customer. Its $50 month unlimited broadband internet, you can also use your laptop in all their hot spot locations such as Sturbucks, and etc. All you need is their internet card that connects to your desktop or laptop and it costs $150. So its $150 to buy the card and $50 after that and its month-month based. I think its the best option. The speed of it is twice as fast as dial up and in their hot spots it goes up to the Broadband speed. Hopefully Clearwire will make it to this area soon and it dosen't even need an internet card.
