Yes the management/owners have been so far so good. They have been here a couple of weeks now and I have actually seen some improvements. The gates that were open for months are now functioning correctly, lights that have been out since I moved in are on and working. The manager actually does not run from you when you walk in the office door and the agent that worked here before continues to be pleasant. I have lived here for a year now and plan to stay.
