I really feel that this website is abused. People write their opinions which is fine but what about all the false representation that they are providing. I just wish people would get their facts correct before spreading false information. I recently moved in so I don't know about the "old" company but I really like it here.
Yes, the cable situation is not great. I would rather have Comcast or SBC too but I didn't chose a home based on my tv watching options. Nothing is wrong with At&t's phone/internet package. I pay almost $50 for the two, you find me somewhere that you can less. The office hours are 9-6 so I don't know what that previous review was referring too. As well as the gates have works the entire time the new company has been here. I think it's great that they pick up our trash. We have the option to take it to the compator. It's nobodies fault but those who can put their trash inside the compator and push a button. I have a garage so parking is not a problem. I think the staff is very courteous as well as prompt. I see several things that the new company has done like fix everything in the fitness room, install a soda machine but the office, they just put in new flowers that look great. I also see many lights that have been out since I moved in being replaced. As far as the dog mess, again that is nobodies fault but those who chose to not pick up after their pets. Have you ever heard of a sideway' I have actually seen that poor staff member out picking up messes several times. I simply wanted to come on here and get a few things straight because again I feel like this site can be abused by angry people.
