We have lived hear for almost a year. We recieved a letter stating that if we wanted to resign our lease, it would be and extra $100 a month!!! That is rediculous!! If we stayed month to month, it would be and extra $500 more each month!! What angers me is that when we viewed the property, I was promiced that after our lease was up, the rent would increase $10, $20 at the most!! I guess they dont want to keep their tenants!
Other than that, we have liked it here and are disappointed to move. Some of the previous posts are true though. There are kids always running around playing but I have two, so we didnt mind. You CAN hear everything your neighbor is doing! My daughter woke up one night at 2am crying, since we were downstairs we didnt hear her and the neighbors called the police on us thinking there was a child left alone. The area by the mail boxes is a land mine, but I believe its main purpose is for that, I just wish tenants would pick up after their dogs. It is all garages, so no parking for visitors. Something is always broken in the work out room. One of the pools is usually closed off. They do pick up trash for you, but you have to pay an extra $7 with your rent. You do have to go thru all of their sat, phone service and miss out on all the specials.
Other than that, we would stay if they werent raping us on the rent increase.
