I have been living in this apartment complex for over 1 year and I am teribbly dissapointed in a couple of areas.
Parking:
At first I did not own a garage and had to spend about 20 min everyday after work looking for a packing spot. You will be lucky to get any next to your apartment. To work around the issue, I decided on getting a garage - extra $$$$$$ -Its not cheap. If you have visitors, good luck, they will all have to park at the albertsons and then walk to the apartment complex!!!

Utilities/Sattelite/Phone
We are forced to take what the complex is offering, crapy and expesive sattelite TV and SBC phone service. There is no cable or any other cheaper alternative when it comes to your phone or internet. This is really dissapointing considering that I have to face south to get sattelite. By the way, any apartment that faces south is $85 more than the other apartments that don't face south. This is because the complex has a deal with one of the sattelite companies and they will provide serivice to you through your cable outlets!!! [Dissapointing]
My friend who lives in the next apartments, a block away from the reserve at charles places has a choice on who he can get for cable, phone and other utilities. [Management, please fix this issue - sattelite is not KOOL]
Gate:
Good luck, the gate is broke every week. The other day, it was broke [ 08.14.2006] thats my proof.
Maganment - They pretend a lot, thats all i know
I like the apartment complex as a home, but hate the serices and amenities that one can obtain.
Also, beware of dog poop especialy infront of the post office - Don't walk on the grass - sometimes there is dog poop on the walkway.
