Where to begin' First, let me say that the part of town is safe and nice and the units are large and the garage space is nice to have. However, those amenities are not worth it based on the negative aspects of this complex.

- The number of children running the streets and screaming is overwhelming.
- Dog feces everywhere. But, that would be hard to control.
- No choice in electric, telephone or cable. They will tell you otherwise, but such is not the case. I was even told that if I got Direct TV, the equipment would stop working once they got AT&T cable. They recommend Direct Energy and present it as being very cheap, but they are the most expensive in town. Be very careful about what they tell you... very careful.
-Other than the manager, the staff is extremely rude. Once they get your business, you are treated poorly and rudely, which is not appreciated. I have never been treated so poorly in my life!
-Cheap carpet and appliances
-Maintenance is not very skilled, but nice.
-Some equipment in work-out room is broken or old, but some of it is usable, which is nice.
-Pool is extremely loud with many children during peak hours. At one time, there were about 30 kids and 2 adults, water balloons being thrown, screaming and yelling, and management, even though they saw this, did nothing.

I could go on, but I would say, "Stay far away from this place!"

WOW...things must have changed since this was posted. We have brand new GE appliances including a flat range stove (love it!). We were able to choose our electric company, and have directv. AT&T may have lock down on the internet though. It's definitely true about the kids. If you don't want to deal with that kind of noise, choose a unit away from the pool and playgrounds. I have to say that I've personally seen Danielle in the office get onto kids that were doing something wrong, which impressed me.
