We have lived here for almost a year and love it. It's located in the best part of Plano. We looked at every town home community in the area and are confident this is the nicest in Plano. The Reserve is the only community we looked at in Plano that is not located on a major highway or busy road it s located within a neighborhood. This means there are sidewalks to walk on, parks nearby, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. As for the community itself it is well kept and the landscaping is very nice. Everyone who works here has always been very kind, polite and professional to us. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and is always friendly. Please do not be deterred by a few angry posters. On the few occasions I have had a concern (i.e. kids, dog feces) the office has addressed the issue immediately and corrected the problem. You just have to let them know what is going on. Secondly, I have never heard one of my neighbors through my walls. Sometimes I can hear a garage door opening or closing, but it s a very faint sound. The only noise I hear are the birds living in the tree outside our window. I highly recommend living here. It's a great place to call home.

Yes, its nice compare to mesquite! Are you serious? Its a shame there is a complex like this exists in West Plano with terrible equipemts, nasty pool with lots of people that come over from other apartments! This place needs major major upgrading. I forgot to mention the crappy refrigerators!
