Hope this will help those considering moving here. If you are looking short term and need garage space this is not a bad place. Looking at a year and want peace and quiet I wiould look elsewhere.
Good:
1. 2-Car garage units (Nice plus to avoid storage costs)
2. Units with no one under and above you
3. Grounds well-kept
4. Friendly management and maintanence team (Go Juan and Gustavo!)
5. Surrounded in residental neighborhood by $300,000 Plano area homes
Bad:
1. Thin walls (Be prepared to live in a nightclub setting if you have these kind of neighbors with no respect for others)
2. Parents that do not keep an eye on their young children. I almost hit what looked to be a 3-4 year old riding their bike around a corner. Lots of yelling and screaming as the teens will be teens. I have a child and do not let him outside without me to supervise. Roving pockets of teens around complex with not much to do.
3. Cheap quality carpet. Upon move-in mine looked like a matted down berber rug.
4. Limited by cable access. Only able to have satellite TV. Constantly goes out in bad weather. No options in this area. Satellite or nothing.
5. Poor insulation means high electric in the summer. I kept mine on 75 and still have average $250-300 month electric bill in summer months.

I wouldn't renew my lease here. I can't wait to get out!
