Ok, we've moved out of this place and glad we did. The first few months there was fine. But as time went on, I was starting to regret moving into that place. For the amount of money they wanted for that place was, it should have been better kept up.
Our rent was over $1350,(3br 2bth, 2 car ) and the apartment wasn't worth it at all, maybe $800 or $1000 the most. The inside was crappy, cheap windows, cheap paint, and cheap appliances. Cheap shelves in the panty.
And I also, was liking the staff, that was, until it was time to move. I was told one thing by one staff member that carpet was old and was time for it to be replace, so don't worry about cleaning. But then was told by another staff member that we owed them $600 for the carpet, because it wasn't going to be replaced.
Also, weeks leading up to us moving out, I stop letting our kids get into theh pool. The pool was nasty!!! I would see puddles of muddy water in the corners of the pool. At times the jets were not on to circulate the water around, therefore, water in the pool always looked dirty.
I wouldn't recommand this place to anyone, the place isn't worth the price they are asking for.

Any Townhouse that you pay $1200 plus for 2 bedroom, will be nicer than this place. I am very disapponted because at this price range.... there shouldn't be any negatives or bad points at all!!! May be 1 and even that should be fixed. From Huge dogs that they let in these apartments, to its crappy GYM equipment and TV set, to their Crapier computer room and nasty pool table and swimming pool with broken furnirute! This place shouldn't charge this much for rent! It needs a much better management and lots of upgrading. I forgot to mention all the people that come to the pool from other apartments all the time, the management doesn't care to change the codes, fix the gates or kick them out of the pool. I had guests from Paris, France and it was very embaressing all the ghettos that attacked the pool form next door apartments. They were just walking over and management didn't care!!!
My guest thought they were my neighboors. I will be out of here in few months. Can't wait to get out and take my money somewhere decent.

Nevereasyforme...do you still live here? We are relocating back to Dallas and are considering this place becasue of the 2 car garage on the town homes. Like you we are looking at renting here without visiting. if you still live there can you tell me....is it as bad as some of these people say? We have 2 kids 3 and 5. you can e-mail me at wannabeintexas@gmail.com.
