I have lived here for 2 years now and have loved every minute! Maintenance is great and have fixed all my problems with in 24-48 hours! I have lived places where it took several weeks for easy repairs but these guys are very quick and nice.
The office staff is very friendly and professional and usually always help out whenever I have needed something. They even call me and follow up after a workorder has been done to see if it is ok. They really care and work to meet your needs!
The grounds are really atractive, the pool is always beautiful and clean and they have a lot of resident events so you can meet your neighbors. They have a really pretty clubhouse with big screen TV, movie style chairs, a pool table and business center. Very nice!
There are some kids that play in the grassy areas and they can be noisy but kids will be kids. They have always been kind and respectful and I've never had mush of a problem. They live there same as I do!
All in all this is a great place to live and the size and garage space more than makes up for a couple of kids playing in the parking lot.
