Maintenance guys here are probably the best. Apartment in itself is not that bad, although I do have to agree with some of the comments below... Beware of --------. She is one of the staff members in the office. Never met a bigger imbecile in my life before. She can never carry out the requests you give her. First time, I figured she forgot. Second time, I gave her grace. By like the tenth time, it was obvious that she doesn't have a brain! I don't know why an apartment company would continue to employ an idiot like her. She is ruining the reputation for this whole place. I am so sick of her bull crap! IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE MOVED HER THE HELL OUT OF THAT OFFICE.. Other than that, you'll be fine!

I was under the impression that this was a forum to rate COMMUNITIES, not just single out one employee you don't like (and "anonymously" at that). I've personally never had a better experience with staff (including --------) at ANY place I've lived. How about rating the community in general next time, so this site can actually serve its purpose.

You know it's funny I have lived at the reserve for a year and a half and I've see three management teams. They all have had some weird problems. Some were made up of snooty blonde girls, and some were made up of staff who were never there. This current staff is headed by---...who can be a real jack ass, and its a real surprise none has keyed her --------, but -------- is pretty good. She is really nice accept she is definately clueless. One time I paid for the rent with a money order and she put her address on it instead of the apartments. Oh well, at least she isnt some stuck up 98 pound blonde nobody. However, the real problem with the Reserve is the construction of the property. The walls are paper thin with no insulation, and made of particloe board. This is bad because when your neighbor sneezes you literally hear it. In the mornings, when my neioghbors get up, I know it because the floor boards of their room creak so much they sound like they are walking in my room. If this doesn't bother you and the police coming here at least once a week then you will like living here a lot

Each employee is a representative of the company and therefore is an important figure who can make or break the reputation of that company. Sadly, I know of which employee of which the poster is speaking of, and to be honest, I have never meant someone so unprofessional, immature and ineffective at her---b. She is in the wrong business and has created issues amongst management and the tenents. This complex has quite a few issues with the interior and exterior of the buildings along with an irresponsible tenent situation with out of control kids, uncontrollable noise w/in the units, etc. It takes someone with an immense amount of professionalism to address these issues and this girl/woman is only making it worse. So, yes, one employee can be singled out.

This is my first year being away from the reserve. I lived there for 2.5 years. I would agree with the lack of management there. That was one of the deciding factors that pulled my family from there. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms caught fire. It was alot to go through alone. When the lease was up and we were considering moving due to the treatment from management and maintenance, my wife and I observed a post it note from one employee to another that read: "Give them a bad review and let them know that they're terrible tenants and that they'll probably burn their place down as well!" Obviously this was something that we wasn't supposed to see but we did. As a matter of fact, we kept that post-it for a while. When we confronted Jenifer about it, the only thing that she could do is just sit there and look stupid and ask "How did you get that?" No excuse whatsoever, just wanted to know how we got the post-it. That was the moment we realized that we weren't welcomed there anymore. I really missed the old days when TRAMEL CROW managed the place. That was the type of service that brought me there in the first place.

No need to get racist, but I can understand your hate of this place. This is the worst place I ever lived in and to be frank, it???s so run down it???s a wonder why alliance has not sold this property yet. Everything about this place is terrible and I feel really sorry for the people with there families here. I truly hope no one gets hurt or fall sick living here because of the unsanitary conditions.

Alliance does not own this place, a company called SCI properties in California doesand they paid 32 million dollars in 2007 for the property. Do you believe they would let a management company like alliance destroy their pool. After a city official is called in to have them correct the pool problems they continue to ignore it. Wait till somebody gets sick, Now that their is public record on the issue.
