Worst problem - if you have someone living above you, it is very loud, like someone is jumping on your head. Just poor construction. Pick a unit with no one above or pray for a soft footed neighbor. The fitness room is not well maintained and kids go in there often. A few months ago my water bill suddenly increased 150% even though there was no change in my usage. Maintenance checked for leaks but there were none. True that there is a lot of dog poop around the complex. My dryer vent is blocked and the maintenance crew has been unable to clean it out. There used to be a rule that you could only put trash out for the curbside pick-up on the day of, but now everyone puts their trash out the day before, so the place looks terrible then as the birds and stray cats come out. Otherwise, location is great and my 3/2 unit is spacious.

I agree with you regarding the trash situation. I had a friend visiting me the other day and it was so embarassing as we drove around the complex to see trash littered everywhere. I felt like I was in the ghetto somewhere. It is ridiculous. I think we all have a moral responsibility to keep our areas clean. My electric bill is outrageous. I am rarely in my unit because of my work schedule. I also have the heater turned off. Some of my monthly payments are way over $200. It sucks that we don't have much of a choice in our service providers. It was a struggle to get cable and internet in my unit because of the fact that only AT&T services our area. I really wish I did some homework before moving out here. I'm only half way into my lease. Can't wait to get it all over with, pack up and leave this place behind once and for all. Hell hole all the way!
