I just moved in and the entire experience was very pleasant. I am in love with my new townhome style apartment. No Neighbors above or below me plus a two car attached garage to park in plus I have a drive way for my guests. The apartment staff treated me like family and was very surprised that they seemed so helpful. Overall I rate my new home with all a's.

Hello "Nice Atmosphere" author. First of all, welcome to Reserve at Charles Place. Then again, don't get too comfortable. Give it a few more months and your opinion will change. This honey moon phase you are in right now with the staff will soon pass. What you are experiencing right now sounds all too familiar. Once they get you in, they will change on you. I don't want to drag you down with too much negativity, but here's a word of advice. When making monthly checks, make sure you document everything because you will be amazed how many checks I have had to rewrite because some dumb idiot in the office kept losing it. I think I have lost more money on "stopping payment" with my bank because they mofos can't do their job properly. The only positive thing about the complex will be the maintenance folks. But here's the thing: you have to be your own judge. I hope your experience will be a lot better than mine. Good luck and once again, welcome!

I cant help but notice that this was written by someone who is "anonymous". What a surprise. Look this complex is only about 70% full now because everyone is leaving. The bottom line is that this place is overpriced and poorly made. And the cops visit there on a daily basis. And the only people you do see living there are either from the Middle East, South America, or are black. And forget the pool. If it every is working it is full of kids that look like they are from south Dallas. Now if this doesn't bother you, and they fact you can hear your neighbors fart (because the walls are so thin), then this is the place for you. But you must realize that the "anonymous" person who wrote this review is someone who works here. My name is Robert Sherman. Welcome anonymous. I live in a townhome w/2 car garage also and I live his complex just fine. No, everything is not always 100% great, but nothing in life is great all the time. And, yes, there are several families of color living in the complex, but Mr. Sherman's comment sounds a little biased, to me. There are all types of people living in this complex, including Asian Americans, ------- Americans, Mexican Americans, White Americans, and individuals who are foreign born. I think that's what makes this a nice complex to live in because the people reflect the world. As for Mr. Sherman's comments about the children in the pool looking like they are from South Dallas, that is definitely a racist attitude. Many of the children who live here invite other children to accompany them to the pool on hot summer days, as is their right as long as an adult is with them. I would ignore comments like that an enjoy your new townhome. The staff has been nothing but helpful to me - or course, I'm not a demanding tenant, either - and the maintenance staff is extremely efficient.

No need to get racist, but I can understand your hate of this place. This is the worst place I ever lived in and to be frank, it???s so run down it???s a wonder why alliance has not sold this property yet. Everything about this place is terrible and I feel really sorry for the people with there families here. I truly hope no one gets hurt or fall sick living here because of the unsanitary conditions.
