I cant help but notice that all of the positive reviews of this place are written by someone who is "anonymous". What a surprise. Look this complex is only about 70% full now because everyone is leaving. The bottom line is that this place is overpriced and poorly made. And the cops visit here on a daily basis. And the only people you do see living here are either from -------------------------- ------------------------- (of and the ocassional heavily tattoed ---------). And forget the pool. If it ever is working (and not completely green) it is full of kids that look like they are from South Dallas. Now if this doesn't bother you, and they fact you can hear your neighbors fart (because the walls are so thin), (oh and don't forget to have an apartment with a garage in this paradise is about $1400 per month) then this is the place for you. But you must realize that the "anonymous" person who wrote this review is someone who works here. My name is Robert Sherman. I moved out over a year ago and its funny that i still get updates from this site every time somebody adds a comment. It amuses me to read the posts from people that made the same mistake we made moving into this rat hole. Some things never change, hopefully people will start listening.

I have been living here for a couple months and as hohummer said, I get updates too. The honey moon is over as someone wrote. This place is for a lack of a better word “the slums”. There buildings are in such poor condition that I fear for my own safety. Renters beware of the lies and problems of this place.

I was the first tenant to move into a 3 bedroom 9 years ago. The apartment was beautiful. I loved the kitchen, the grounds, the pool.
Within the first few months i saw that the staff had no interest in what took place in the units. There was an open garage at the entrance where a Bar and Grill was set up and no less than 10 people in it every night, drinking and making noise.
None of the rules of the lease were enforced by the staff. Boats were parked in driveways, pet owners didn't clean up, rugs and towels were hung over balconies, underage kids were in the pool unsupervised.
The last straw was when the police were called because some guy was brandishing a gun and yelling in the street. I was told that it wasn't loaded. Like it mattered? I moved out.
A beautiful apartment means nothing if the rules are not enforced and the staff does not maintain the property.
