I have read other reviews and can kind of understand their problems. I can hear my neighbors a little, when they open their garage, front door, or are teaching their students the bassoon. Aside from that I usually can't hear anything, and if I'm playing music or watching TV I can't even hear those few things. I am however in a 3-floor townhome, so that may be the difference.

There are some ghetto looking teenagers around, but... they're teenagers, maybe even preteens. I'm not threatened by them, they look like just about every other teenager nowadays. There are a lot of kids here and they are in the street a lot, but I don't mind it, it just shows there are a lot of families here.

One thing is the grounds. It seems most people don't pick up their doggy poo even though there are pet stations around. The grounds themselves aren't that pretty either, and I think we're going to move to some new apartments just being built because of it so my child and my dog can have a nice big park to play in. There are parks here and a grassy area, but overall it's not much and it's not that nice to look at.

I have had a great time with maintenance though, they are here the next day if not same day usually.

As for the office, I get along with them fine and they know me right off the bat. I don't think I come in especially often either. I have had to check back on a problem before, but Jo took care of it right away when I came in.

In short, they are decent apartments, nothing spectacular, but a nice safe place to live.

I agree with most of what you say anime crazed but you forgot to mention the high Electric bills. I have my temperature around 78 and my bill was 350 in April, 400 in May. My buddy is paying 500. I have never heard of bill this high and it???s incredible. Before this my house was only 180 a month and I had a much bigger place with more people living in it. I bought an electric meter and tested it on everything, its is the air conditioner. They are too small to for the apartments. The maintenance people are very lazy and you have to keep a close eye on them because chances are they never fix it or did a very poor job. Also expect the office not to care about your complaints, they do not care and they have no problems telling you so even if you are a very polite guy like me. Also there is a problem with teenagers doing drugs on the property. They do it by the little stream and in there cars near the steam facing property. if i sum everything up to one word "slums" come to mind. Please be very very careful renting here, i wouldn't want any of my family or friends living here. welcome to hell !
