I have lived in this complex for almost a year now. I have read the reviews on this site and disagree with most every negative written.

My apartment is a 3br/2 1/2 bath/2car garage. I do not find my section of the complex noisy at all. I even work nights and have never been disrupted by anything other than the lawn maintainance once in a while. I leave for work in the early morning, and the complex has always seemed very quiet. I have never seen or heard the police out here. The complex grounds seem to always be kept up. My apartment has not needed any maintainace since I first moved in. I asked that a water valve on one toilet be replaced, and it was done on the same day that I asked. I kept my upstairs at 72 degrees all summer and my electric bill averaged about $250 a month. That may be a bit high, but I was comfortable, and it was a hot summer. Before moving in, I had read that the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors. This is not true at all. I have never heard anything from either side of my apartment.

The apartment staff is always friendly when I stop in. They always greet me with a smile, and I never feel rushed when I am talking with them. The maintainance crew always waves to me when I see them. Any problems I have had, have been addressed in a timely manner.

Overall, if you are looking for a quiet complex with a friendly staff, check this complex out for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed.

It is obvious that you do not live by the main Play area. This part of the complex is a mess. It is also obvious that you do not use the pool much. It was often green an closed during the summer. The BBQ grill is falling apart and they have not once cleaned the pool furiture since I have been here. Your rating of parking is totally false. Many of the apartments have more cars then parking for the unit. People are always parking in fire zones and handycap spots. The complex has a total disregard for the law. It would also not suprise me if you are one of the staff at the complex!!
