Worst Place I've Ever Lived

So my fiance and I moved into the Reserve at Charles Place with high expectations. Those were shot down VERY quickly. After moving in, our neighbor moved out. First let me tell you, the walls are like paper. No, thinner than paper. You can hear your neighbor washing dishes, literally. So on with the review. After living there 2 months, we had a neighbor move in next door. Now the fun begins. She began calling the cops on us every night, simply for playing video games in the living room. This became an issue on a 3-4 night a week basis. I got to know the officers by name. She never had a valid complaint, but caused quite a bit of havoc on us. We had to have the apartment manager do a walk-thru with us to see how loud our TV was. We were asked in the middle of our lease if we would move apartments so our neighbor would be happy. UNREAL! Not to mention the promises that were made to us when signing our lease. I would highly recommend not using the "Bond deposit" they suggest. You will only pay for it in the end. Not to mention that we were promised new carpet, only to move in on the first day to wet carpet. Obviously it wasn't new if it was still wet. On top of this, we were charged when moving out for carpet damage. Granted we did have pets, but they are very well potty trained. I never heard a word from Reserve, but only from the credit agency. Not the way a business should be run, but this is not truly a business. I could go on and on about the negatives of this complex, but feel that my time is far more precious than this. In final, I would not wish this experience on anybody and wish that I had back this year of my rental history.
