You are underating all you have, i have lived here ten year, parking is your garage, noise is very rare, grounds are best they can be , they try I see the service guys picking trash all the time. the office gals are good honest people, they are upfront and appear to be conducting business proper, the building construction is apartment grade, i am sure is completely standard for the year it was built. I heard they are planning on painting and repair any weathering. it needs it. There are kids, but i have seen effort keeping them busy, such as planned activities. the office people try hard to keep all happy and try to keep all inline. Overall. I am very satisfied with all. I am a long term resident and plan on staying for another five years or so..stop complaining people.

Yep! I agree with the responder! This place is horrible. My air conditioner went out during 100 degree weather. It was more "sorry 'bout ya" than "we'll get that fixed immediately". You pay for security with the gates, but they never work. Yea, the garage is where the resident parks. What about having guest over? They're screwed. I don't know where to begin on the office staff. They have to be the most ignorant, lazy group of idiots they could find. You don't have to pay more to find a better place. They are so ridiculously overpriced to start with. I am still considering filing complaints with the BBB and the Texas Apartment Association.

hi staff how are you ? i am so happy i do not live there anymore the staff are post lies again i see funny !! the grounds the best they can be, thats a joke right! i wounder if they fixed the fence ? or when there is a storm they take 2 months to clean up or you have mold growing in you apartment they lie saying they fixed the problem! yeah theres garbage men, sure but they rip the bag open at least one a week and they don't bother picking it up! i can not wait to hear the post come in the summer when the little air conditioners that don't work start stacking up the bill . DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT !! pay a little more and go some where else, it will save you money in the long run!!!!!!!!!
