-I have lived in apt.#2624 for more than 2 years and love the place. It has 2 bed/2 bath/3 level/2 car garage. It's absolutely wonderful. I have always felt very safe here.
-I am lucky, my neighbors are all great. They are friendly and very quiet.
-The outside looks wonderful, clean and well-kept. The inside is pretty nice as well.
-The office staff, Danielle, has always been very friendly .. especially
the manager, Jo, is amazing, very helpful and professional.
-2 maintenance guys are very nice and prompt. Maintenance requests get done pretty fast.
-Honestly, the Reserve at Charles place is a great place to live. I would highly recommend this place!!!
