This apartment started off really nice when we first moved in...neighbors and staff were very nice. Little did we know, the staff would change monthly and maintenance issues have to be called in several times to get a somewhat solution. Our kitchen floor would sink at one place on the floor and our bathtub would wobble depending on which side you were on at the time. They even had a contractor come look at it who said we should be placed in a different apartment while repairs are made asap. The manager is so inefficient that it has been three months, and she has yet to resolve this issue. We have called her several times in reference to the situation.

At this point, the staff and manager of the apartment are awful. We accidentally forgot to pay our rent. We did not receive a friendly call or notice. Rather, we came home to an eviction letter which also cited a $100 late fee. Also, all our neighbors who had lived here for a while moved out. Now, there are crazy college students nect door and bipolar crazy person below...all crazy people around us. There are some nice senior citizens that live across the way. I say this as a recent graduate who moved into this apartment thinking it was classy people.
