These apartments are one of the few in Plano that have large floor plans and their 1300 square foot apartments is really quite nice. The marble kitchen counter tops are beautiful. garden tubs, and very large master bath in this unit.
The down side is that these were corporate apartments and the trash compacter was at that time idea. Now that familes moved in and it is residental. They need to rethink the trash accomadations.
Also there are more carports in which you have to pay for , than common parking, again was suitable for corporate living, but not residental.
If the owner would care to reconstruct the issues meationed and also a playground is needed for the children. Then this community would be a most desirable place to work and live.
