I was going to move to this complex, I completed an application and made a deposit on a unit. About a week later I found out that I would have to move out of state, I contacted the apartment complex to see if there was any way I could get my deposit back due to these unforeseen circumstances. Their answer to me was a big fat Sorry . Out of a $300 deposit they wouldn t even give me the $125 refundable portion, probably means that refundable portion is never intended to be refunded. What makes it even worse on their part is that I was never contacted to let me know that my application was accepted, and I didn t even get a chance to give them paystubs, which I understood was mandatory before being approved. Their reason for not giving me my deposit back was because I was already approved . And it didn t help the situation that the person who ran my application a week earlier was no longer employed there. In conclusion this is not the type of complex I would want to do business with.

First off I would like to state that on a application it does say if u back out of your application all fees are non-refundable! Some people just need to read before they sign and not take it out on the apts. Second off, the whole staff is still present and no one has left. If they gave back all fees everytime someone decided they did not want to move in/ could not move in, the apts would not make a profit. So before signing a legal document i suggest reading it!

"Anonymous" obviously is an employee of this complex and pretty much confirmed the orginal posted opinion of this management not being understanding of the UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES and even stated it's all about PROFIT.
