I live @ Reserve Pebble Creek, as the community is not bad the services (Internet, TV, dirty pool, et all) are the worst you can imagine. The management is hand in hand with ATT and to get anything you'll have two options ATT or nothing... they do have a wireless option from dfwair.net which can be hardly called Internet connection. The manager is a complete un-educated individual arrogant and incompetent that seems to believe he's the center of the Universe. I repeat if you have an option ANY other option you are much better off. I have lived in such residential communities for almost 4 years now but this one Reserve Pebble Creek (3800 Pebble Creek Ct. I just visited there and the grounds seemed great. Why is it the biggest gripes I hear about internet or the age of the staff. Does that really cause a problem? Are the units nice. Is it safe? Affordable? Well maintained? If all of these things are a yes, then the internet and age of the staff is a small price to pay.
