I am really surprised that this complex has such a low rating. Then again I noticed that a lot of the reviews are a few years old, so maybe that explains it. However, I found the complex to be nice and safe. I like my apartment, however there are several noticeable dips in the flooring and they have some foundation issues. I have had no problem with management, but the maintenance staff is really slow. If they don't deem your problem serious enough, they will not respond to the request, but luckily I haven't had any urgent issues. The 24hr courtesy police is also wonderful. He's a Plano police officer, and I had to call him once, because there were really loud kids skateboarding outside my apartment everyday. Well, he came through once and the kids had left, but they came back. So, he made another trip over (after giving me his cell phone number) and talked to their parents and even called me back to tell me what happened, and I haven't had any problems since. I definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking.

In regards to the maintenance, we do have a company policy that requires maintenance to address resident service request within 48 hours. I prefer this not to exceed 24 hours.
