I have lived in the Reserve at Pebble Creek for almost 3yrs. It has been the most peaceful community I have lived in. It is always clean. And the one issue that I had was resolved in a professional manner. The maintenance staff has always been top-notch and quick to responding. I am Black and I have a great relationship with the management staff. They have always been pleasant to me. It appauls me that someone has to go to a website and downgrade the complex because of a issue they have with management. This sounds like to me you have a problem with communicating. There is also another way to resolve your issues. 1. Upper Management. 2. Contact Corporate 3. MOVE! You shouldnt put down the whole complex just because you are angry. You also have to learn to adapt to change! What previous management did is not going to be the same as what the new management will do! And istead of expressing how you felt to the world you should have sat down and talked with the indiviual before you tried to humiliate them because you are angry. A very happy resident!

How in the hell can we MOVE as you say we are STUCK in a LEASE!!! Get real! some people do have real complaints and cant just walk away from a lease. We all have the right to post our experiences on a public FORUM.
