You know it hurts me to see that some one would write such great reviews for such a low class apartment. I have lived here for less than 5 months now and I have not seen these great things. I have complained several times about the trash that is always put out before it is supposed to be. Dispite the letters that the office staff has sent out there seems to be no end to this problem. I personally do not feel the office staff is as professional as they should be. And yes there should be more communication with the office staff and its residents, but when you have done all that you can to communicate with them, but yet they dont follow up on there word, then it is hard to believe what they say. I have to agree with the other reviews about the color issue, I too am a black female, and I too have had questions about my skin color when it comes to the office staff. I do appoligize that I have felt this way, but the office has not made me see any different yet. I do enjoy my home, but not the loud noise either. Children are always running ammuck and not being tended to. I have a garage so I do not have to worry about parking, thank goodness, because you can plainly see that parking is a nightmare.

The office staff welcomes information regarding other residents that are not abiding by the community policies.
