All,
I have been living here for the past year. I would recommend for every body to stay away from this community. Here are mu issues
1. Management is very rude.
2. Do not have a in-house laundry
3. Do not clean up the ice during winters.

I'm sorry to hear about your overall dissatisfaction with Reserve at Pebble Creek. As a Venterra property, we pride ourselves in customer service. Although, I can't produce a laundry facility here on-site, I will gladly give you access to our sister properties, or connect you with a company that will lease a w/d to you. Thats funny I have lived here a lot longer than you and I have not experienced any of this. What is your real issue. Maybe its you that dont know how to talk to people when you are already angry. Last time it iced there was so much sand on the steps it took two of us to sweep it off after the ice. Who in the state of Texas has money to pay someone to clean up ice right now. Everybody is on a tight budget and cant afford to hire extra people to do the piddly work. Your complaints are small. Why would you downplay the whole complex base on such minut issues. Call corporate if you are not getting resolution. Don't deminish the complex!
