The 3 bedroom was nice, but the utilities would kill you. With the stupdid opening in the dining room that just let the heat in was the dummest thing that a builder could ever do. The staff was not helpful and the manager was just uncaring. The apt was are thin and you better choose upstairs and on the end not in the middle. They need to at least put in microwaves for being fairly new. They didn t even have a hot tub and this place was the highest that we have paid for rent and got less for our money.

they made a lot of mistakes building these apartments. our AC unit was not large enough to cool our apartment and so our electric bill was through the roof ($420 for a two bedroom apt is a bit much). the maintenance people said that it worked perfectly and that nothing was wrong, but we were sweating bullets just sitting there not moving with the fans on full blast blowing hot air on us. that is a problem in my book especially in the 100 degree Texas summers. i hope you make it out soon if you haven't already.
