I have lived here for over a year now, and I have no horror stories or bad experiences to share. If we ever need maintence, they are always there that day and are the nicest guys! The staff in the office is more like an extended family. They really take the time to get to know you and your family. Recently, when our lease was up, we shopped around and nearly killed ourselves looking for the best deal in this area. After numerous phone calls and touring at least 10 other properties, we just signed a new lease here. I can assure you that it is worth the extra $30 a month for living here. We know all of our neighbors and the staff is so nice. Everyone here is very respectful and I highly recommend living here. I can't imagine living anywhere else, especially after seeing the other apartments complaints. Theres not one here, and that should tell you something.
