When i first saw the property I loved it. Well... almost a year later, I hate it. There is only one dumpster on the property, and trash piles up all around it all the time. The gate system NEVER works. I would say that it hasn't worked for over a month continuously at any given time. In fact they JUST got it fixed, but it hasn't been working for at least 4 months prior to that. The walls are thin, the sink and tub fixtures are cheap, and the office staff is not very nice. The laundy facility is expensive and not at all convenient to my building. The only recreation is a pool. No spa, tennis courts, basket ball or anything like that. Overall it is just a cheap, boring place. I think the elderly would enjoy.
