Ridgeview Ranch Apts

Not so good. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We have lived here for almost a year now and we have not been happy since the first month that we moved in. From the start we had problems and I have had to contact the Corporate office on two different occasions. This is tricky being that they are constantly being bought by other companies, and the office doesn't want to give the phone number for the corporate office. However, they will allow you to write to them - but really, who writes letters anymore' We were lured in by the nice floorplans, cheap prices, and the amenities. However, our troubles with the mgmt have far outweighted the price. Sinks and showers are cheap, the gate never works, trash builds up around the dumpster, maintenance does a so-so job, but most of all the manager is very rude and condescending. I would not reccomend these properties to anyone. We are very glad that our lease will be up soon, so we can get far away from here.
