I moved here in September of this year, and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Things were a little tight with my move-in date, but the staff went above and beyond and worked with me to get me moved in on time. Jennifer, Shannon, and Courtney worked extremely hard to make sure I was satisfied and happy upon moving in. Since moving in I have had very few maintenance requests, and they have been handled promptly. There was a recurring issue with the refrigerator, but Shannon is working with maintenance to make sure it is handled. When the girls in the leasing office tell you they are handling something, you can rest assured that they are. To me, that makes all the difference when choosing where to spend my rent $$ every month! Jennifer, Shannon, and Courtney have all been very pleasant and accomodating to deal with - I have nothing but great things to say about my interactions with them. I'm not sure what some of the negative reviews on this board are about - I have not seen any of that while living here. I chose to move here over a few other places, and I am glad that I did. This is probably the best place I have ever lived. The only thing I would change is the fitness center. While it is big, some of the equipment is old or needs maintenance, and the television remote seems to go missing every few days.

I wrote this, but it was awhile ago and since then things have changed including the management x2. The current management is completely clueless. On their first day while they were trying to come up with a manager they starting sending out bills and needed us to appear with our lease to help them sort out what our current rent was... I would recommend looking somewhere else for the time being. I really really really miss the old staff. Please come back and save us!
