Great first year, went downhill after

The first year was really good under the management in 2002-2003. Then, there was new management and everything changed. Bugs were everywhere. The neighbor across the street had a karaoke bar in his garage and they sang loudly until 3am on weeknights. The walls were so thin you could hear everything. There is better out there for the money.
