I just wanted to post something positive about the office staff. I experienced some issues with my lease, and Cheraine (not sure of the spelling, but she is the new Manager) went above and beyond to get everything straightened out and put my mind at ease. I liked the old office staff just fine, but the customer service that I experienced this evening was excellent. It almost makes me sorry that I'll be leaving, but I'm moving to another state, so there's not much I can do about that!
