I also CANT WAIT for my lease to be up! I understand what each of these people are going through...trash is a huge problem...I have seen a huge raccoon and a possum tearing through trash left out in PM on several occassions. And is just me or can other people literally feel the cold wind blowing through the crappy insulation on windows and doors' $300 electric bill anyone' Ridiculous! The people upstairs must weigh 500 lbs since they STOMP all over their apt at all hours of the night! Maintenance used to be good...now it SUCKS. There was a cracked pipe behind the tile wall in my master bath which caused a water leak to the baseboards and carpet area in the doorway of my master bedroom. Maint. fixed the leak and said Kelly (old mgr) would need to come by to look at mold and figure out what to do. I never saw Kelly again because the next week there was a new mgmt team. That was Nov 06...now Feb 07 and THREE calls/written requests later, I still have mold from the leak at the baseboards of my master door. Seems every time I need to use the computer for REAL reasons there are the SAME kids mindlessly staring at myspace for hours on end. Mgmt wont do anything about it...already tried. Unbelievable. Price is good for type of apt you can get, but I can't wait to get out of here and buy my house!

don't leave your trash out on the wrong days, put out that morning and raccoons won't get in the trash. duh!

It's not my trash genius! I only put my trash out on MWF in the AM on my way to work...but thanks...good lord

This complex sucks, even if its not personal trach, the maitence workers dont pick up anything around the grounds. Its like we're just a dumping site. Did anyone see those rotting pumpkins that sat there for MONTHS??
