Good for the price, but I will say this... From: aptlifestyle@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I'm a current resident and you can definitely tell there is attempts to get this complex back into shape. There are still issues though. The trash is not the fault of the complex, but of the people that have no respect for the rules. The price is below what you would pay for in this area, but that does come with a price. The bathroom shower/bathtub material is cheap, but the rest of the materials in the apartment aren't bad at all. Fair warning though, depending on the building you're in, you may experience the "thin wall" syndrome. If you have noisy neighbors, be prepared to hear them. Hopefully, this is something that can be addressed with the apartment heads to handle. I will contact them if it keeps up. Other than that, these are nicely sized apartments and the location is in a very good area. Go on your instincts when getting the tour. I have personally turned away a number of people I knew were ready to look at these apartments, but judging by how they handle things this year with their current tenants, I might start recommending again. That's a big MIGHT.
