we moved in and everything was great in the apartment. we have dogs we didnt tell them about, and they're so freaking clueless that they dont even notice we have them. I'm definetly not bitching about that, who wants to pay pet fees' there's bitchy neighbors, but you're probably gonna have that every where you go. we have a two bedroom two bath with attached garage, so we're upstairs. We dont hear our neighbors though. the whole trash thing: we have certain days we can put our trash out on the curb and someone will come pick it up and take it to the dumpster. Honestly, i don't think its enough days that they pick up, but there is a dumpster in the complex you can walk to and put the trash in there your self... but people throw it and it ends up on the ground.. they wonder why there's the OCCASIONAL rat. its outside.. HELLO! they did do a shity job doing touch up paint and patches, but if you want paint for the apartment, you can walk up there and ask for some. they'll give you a bucket of the paint they use, so you can fix it yourself. we waited 2 1/2 months to get out braker fixed. seriously like 5 or 6 times a day our breaker would go out and there would be no electricity. we would have to walk down stairs and flip it a couple times to get it to come back on. with animals and food, that cant happen. my roommate finally told them that if they would get him the part, he would fix it himself, THEY STILL DIDN'T DO THAT, so we threatened to call corporate, and they came running to fix it. Also, during the summer, the pool was green most times. There were still people swimming in it because they assured everyone it was ok to swim in still... that freaking gross. oh, and right now they have a bunch of specials here because the apartment complex is so empty. everyone's moving out. there is also black moldy looking stuff coming in my room mates bathroom next to the bath tub. it looks like its from water damage, have they fixed that, NO! But honestly, the people here are nice people, they just dont know how to do their job! but all the things i listed are pretty minor. things could be worse. i wouldn't recommend these apartments first off my list, but they're not horrible like some people make them out to be. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

...and you recommended this place? The things you listed that are "minor" are big when you are in an apartment complex. This place needs to get its act together. It's exactly why there are people leaving this complex left and right and they are hurting because of it!

I agree with this guy- those things are not minor- especially with food and pets. He is also right about people moving out left and right because this place is very poorly ran!
