I moved in to these apartments in July 2006. They were great! Clean, awesome staff - I was so happy to be there! Over the last few months though....not so much. Although I like my apartment and the floor plan, the property is going down hill...and FAST. It takes numerous calls to get anything fixed by maintenance - once it's done, it seems to be ok, but getting them there is a joke! The office staff seems to keep their own hours - I had to pick up a package and went by three different times between 4:00 and 5:00; no one was ever there - it took me a week to get what I had ordered. The side of the building where I live has been empty - except for me - and when they finally put neighbors in....they put the directly below me...'''' And the are loud! They keep their TV so loud that it literally vibrates my house! I've called 3 times now and nothing seems to be done about it. I've given up calling anymore. I've never really had any problems with safety HOWEVER, a few months ago, my boyfriend's car was broken into - I havent really seen or heard of any other problems in that respect...which is a shock because the security gates are always broken, so they are almost always left wide open.

Like I said, I really like my home and really liked the porperty in the beginning, but I will probably be moving when my lease is up in June.
