I just wanted to add on the last one. We have an apt upstairs. Our downstairs neighbors are always complaining that they can smell smoke comming from our apt. There are two of us living in this apt and we both smoke. So when we light up a cig then the people underneath us can smell everything. They say their apt smells like stale smoke all the time and they dont even smoke!!!! The review before this pretty much nailed everything to a tee. This is not a place for kids AT ALL. I had to start backing up into my parking spot because the cars go by so fast that it is so easy to back up into a car that is speeding by. I would NEVER raise my children here. If you decide to disregard this because of there special then you will have all of these same problems. I would say that there is a reason they have specials. Oh one more thing. Me and my boyfriend went to the disgusting pool last week. He stepped on a broken piece of glass. We took it out and one of the workers that never work (we always see maintenance haning out in a group talking to eachother) came up to us a said we werent sposed to have glass in the pool. We were like uh ya we found it. It has taken us over a month now to get out weather strip on our front door. There is bugs crawling in all the time and lizards. We try to keep a towel under the door. But when we are at work for 8 hrs a day they towel isnt under there and all sorts of things crawl in. So it took them 5 weeks to ORDER the weather strip. They told me they would have it done this wednesday and what do you know its thursday. They had got the piece in on monday BUT they had some things come up to fix so they wouldnt be able to get to it until FRIDAY!!!!! I am sooooo MAD WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOOOOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is so true. We still have mice in our place and the management doesn't seem care or want to help. We have caught 5 of them ourselves. The pest control guy came once and just left a note saying he was there, but I have yet to see any results of him being there. Our AC was not working right for 2 weeks and they kept saying it was fine that nothing was wrong. We are sitting there sweating bullets shaking our heads. We aren't even moving and sweating with the thermostat on 65, ya it works great. Don't move here it sucks!
