I am interested in this complex as they are having some great move-in specials. How do you like living there currently' What do you think of your electric bill (does your unit face east/west or oytherwise)' Do they have trash pick-up, and how does that work' Have you ever used the pool' What about the gym' And it it well lit at night' What about around buildings 16, 17, 18, and 19' And the parking around those buildings' What about sounds from your neighbors' Thanks very much!

Don't do it! You will live to regret it, big time. BTW - the electric was twice what we pay in a house today when we were lucky enough to leave the nightmare on Ridgeview

We do not like living here and are counting the days until we can leave. If you like paying $420 electric bill for a two bedroom apt then this is the place for you. Our AC unit doesn't cool our place properly, we have had them look at it several times and they say there isn't anything wrong with it. Our electric bill and beads of sweat say otherwise. They do have trash pick up, but cut it back to 2 days a week. There are a lot of people confused on when to put it out, so there always seems to be trash every where. I haven't used the pool since it looks pretty gross when I walk by to use the one machine that seems to work in the "gym" if you want to call it that. The weight pins from most of the machines are missing, so you can't really use them. I think one machine has a weight pin, if it's even still there. If you like free weights you are ok. They keep the apts well lit at night, but some scarier folks have been moving in it seems. The parking is no problem since there are a lot of vacancies. We haven't had any problems with noise since we haven't had any neighbors for a while. The streets are dangerous people speed through all the time and there have been several wrecks. The speed bumps are cracked and broken and not very effect since they don't slow any one down. Kids play in the middle of the road, I am surprised they haven't been hit yet. Those move in specials you speak of are permanent fixtures in the yard. I think there are about 5 or 6 signs at least cluttering the front yard. Now they have some chicken trying to get people in as well. This place is not worth it. I suggest you run far far away!

DONT DO IT! DONT DO IT! PLZ READ ALLLLLL THE REVIEWS...THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO PUT ANY MONEY IN! Front office, management is horriable. Maintenence-FORGET IT! Our electric bill was outrangous! Bugs,mice,cheap appliences,outrageous rent late fees,bad parking,kids running in parking lot,creepy peeps walking around,dog poop lots of dog poop. Really this is all in every review about this place. Be smart and keep looking! Why do you think the specials are so good? NEXT............
