Great move in special! I just moved in this past Friday. I read all the reviews on here but as you all know, people will only go on here when they want to complain. But most people are happy.
When applied the staff was very accomidating. Julie and Danyel were great! Anything I needed, they where right on the ball. Customer service counts for a lot! Let's face it. We live in an unperfect world so get over it! sometimes thing go wrong in apartments. Just get them fixed. If you're an ------- about it, then of course people are not always rushing to help you.
Maintnance--- people on here say it sucked. I don't know how it was back then but I was impressed. My a/c was not cooling enough and my washer was missing a hose. I told the m on Saturday and they cleaned up water from washer immediately. First thing Sunday morning maintenance fixed my A/C. Yes, on a Sunday! That is usually unheard of but very appreciated. i thought this was a management post as well. if it's not, give it time and you will grow to hate this place just as much as the rest of us. those move in specials are to lure you into the trap that is the ranch at ridgeview. they are permanent fixtures along with the "Now Hiring Management and Maintenance" sign which have been there for the 3 years that I have been in place. i'm so glad that i am free soon. i'm sorry you got scammed into this place. you should have headed the warnings. dont get too attached to the staff they will probably be gone soon too. there have been 7 different management companies since i moved in.

No way did I write what I wrote because I was just mad. I really feel bad for you that you read all those reviews and still moved here. There were a lot of reviews....they are all true. How can sooo many people say the same thing. I feel really bad for you. Totally give it some time and you will see what's really going on. These were not people who were just mad, these posts are all very true. Best of luck to you! You will be joining everyone else in no time!

Whoever wrote that rave review is either insane or on drugs. You will be insane with frustration and anger after 6 months. I guarantee it!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems like everyone is wishing me bad luck. Why...do not know. I simply wrote what I have experienced so far. All true. If things change during my stay here, I will add to my review. Funny, people write about staff, maintenance, etc. But are not specific. Why dont you like the staff? Why is maintenance horrible? be specific. So far they have been great to me!
