I don't really know where to begin with this because there has been soooooo much to date.
In recent time (this last month) my air conditioning has went out 3 times and pending another outage, because the device ordered cannot handle the type of load from the system. My lease is up and I have chosen (from move in) I was not renewing my lease under any circumstances...mgmt has come to me with huge deals but noway. BTW-the typical lease in this area gives you an buy-out option but this apartment does NOT! Also, if you tour this property, pay attention to the number of vacant units and the outdated exercise equipment (we had a personal trainer to come out but he has since left too, in addtion to the cracks/patches in the walls; this is to give you an idea of what you are paying your monies for.
The outside makeover is an eye catcher for sure (with the exception of green patio doors and rails - that was brilliant and cheap) with common sense you can put these details together to determine the type of service, commitment, and luxury (if you can call it that but the price definitely screams luxury)you will not be getting for the price. Take heed!

I keep reading these posts. I tell you, I have been here for a lil over a month and it has been great. I actually enjoy the amount of vacancies. It makes it a quite place to live. So far no complaints. I hope that doesn't change. Sure there are nicer places out there (cosmetically) but this is very nice for the price and location! I was paying 60% more at my old place. Very nice looking and new but very poor construction and service.

I have to agree with the first response.. U know when you tour the property what your money is going to.. your budget!! Rent is amazing here and im a single mother so im def not complaining. They are great for their prices and specials they run! Ive been here for a year and toured a few other properties when my 6 mos lease was up and i would have been paying a whole lot more for a smaller floorplan just so i could have designer cabinets and light fixtures.. im sorry but that is all worthless to me when ur on a budget... so.... not only did i sign a new one year lease i also upgraded to a two bedroom since i saw how much more space i could get for the same rates the other complexes were running there small one bedrooms for.:)I think these apartments are very appealing. As far as cracks and stuff on the walls and foundation.. lets be real.. this complex has been here for a while and.. these are APARTMENTS which means they have been lived in before.. sometimes management and maintence can only do so much!!
