It's a very good appartment. I have lived in here for 3 years. Staff is friendly and nice. It's good place to live.

I think you meant "staff". But how is the parking and pest problems? If you look around you can find better apartments than these!

Oh, year, you are right, I meant staff. Parking is good, there are plenty of space. Pets? I did not have any pest problem. Nice and clean apartment, Huge balcony. I live on 3 -th floor, and there is a nice view on a park.

What apartments are you talking about? Not Ranch at Ridgeview! Parking is awful! Any apartment is better than these. A good management company needs to come in, make major changes and save this place!
