STAY AWAY! A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! They don't use the standard Texas apartment rental forms, and you wouldn't BELIEVE the documents they wanted to get me approved, copies of my mortgage statement of previous residence, etc..... over 2 weeks of faxing, phone calls, letters from my employer, and my credit is good. They also had me put the application fees and deposit on the same check, and when I was finally fed up with their crap and found another apartment to rent (which I qualified for IMMEDIATELY) they kept the application fees AND the $200 "refundable" deposit saying that I had signed some document that said it was OK to do so. Also, while I was sitting in the office waiting for them to make copies of the documents they always needed, I noticed many tenants coming in with problems in their units, too. The staff is rude, BEWARE!!!!
