Not a good experience From: sagenow Date posted: 5/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999   We had signed a 13 month lease and were very unhappy with 5 main issues: 1. The walls were too thin, or not properly insulated, so you could hear alot of neighbor noise. 2. So much condensation on the windows that mold grew quickly, even when wiped down each day. I don't think that the windows were properly insulated. 3. Bugs, bugs, bugs if you are near the creek. 4. The fan blower is so powerful that you can not leave the vents open in your room at night. It dries you out. 5. We could not park in front of our apartment due to lack of spaces on the N. side. We had to park in a lot on the other side of the complex quite frequently.
