In the last 8 years, I have lived at Sheridan Park 3 different times. My job has taken me to different parts of the country, but whenever I came back to Texas, Sheridan Park has been my home. I feel like Linda is my mom, a great asset to the company. There is a new girl, Rebecca, who is very helpful and friendly as well. The new manager has made many new improvements, but I think they need to have more social activites. I have recently been widowed and it would be nice to make some new friends, female and male.
I have read some of the previous comments, and I would like to comment on them as well. There are a couple of buildings where the parking is not as abundant as other areas. One thing that causes that is when there are more people living in the apartment that should. I talked to the maanger, and she said there are enough spaces, but some people who use more than their share. She indicated they have a visitor parking area; now we just need to get people to use it.
Bugs, I have never really had any problems with bugs. I may see one or two, but my apartments have never been infested. You could really be a clean person, but if your neighbor is a pig, then you will get bugs.
My only complaint is the people who own dogs and who do not pick up after them. I have a dog and it disgusts me to see people letting their dog do their business and not picking up after them.
If you want to live in a friendly environment where the staff truly cares about you and a quiet neighborhood, then Sheridan Park is your next home.
