Grounds are well-kept and always have been.
They're constructed well. We don't hear our neighbors much at all.
Maintenance has improved because the owners hired maintenance to be here more than 4 days/mo. It's not really due to either manager.

Dont move here especially if you have kids, not kid friendly should be adult only complex! They dont want kids playing outside except on small grass patches we have, no bikes, skateboards, etc! Wont put up a place for kids ... more
complaints are disregarded. theres a put up or shut up policy here. as another reviewer stated management is intrusive. not a bad place but not a warm homey feeling either.
